jbecm is a sole trader company established by Jules Boardman in 2005 to provide executive coaching and mentoring. Jules has 40 years experience working in entertainment related organisations including The National Theatre, Ticketmaster UK (co-founder) and Dewynters, the leading advertising and marketing agency. During the course of 2005 Jules gained a diploma in executive coaching in association with the Institute of Leadership and Management and with Management Futures. This has equipped him with the skills to act as a coach and/or mentor for senior executives not just in the industries with which he is familiar but in any business environment.
